Most of the little giant sewage pumps are capable of handling the waste whether solid or liquid up to the diameter of 2 inches. The pumps generally come pre assembled but some of the models can also be found pre packaged. These pre- assembled ones come in two types of covers of structural design, one is one- piece structural cover and other is two- piece structural cover. The one- piece structural covered form is available with shaft with bolts and discharge flanges. The two- piece covered form has only flanges with bolts. There is a ball valve which is extra and it is available on top of the check valve which is standard.
